Household hazardous waste (whole county)

Leaf pickup Nov 2 to Dec 12, 2026. Bulk trash is in March, June, September and December.
- 2026 fall leaf collection runs November 2 through December 12, weather permitting. Crews start on the east side (Zone A) and move west. The city does not set dates for individual streets. Source
- Rake leaves to the curb lawn, not the street, sidewalk, bike lane or storm drain. Loose piles, biodegradable paper bags or cardboard boxes are fine. Pumpkins and sticks under 4 feet long and 2 inches thick are accepted. Source
