When: Nov 2-Dec 12, 2026; crews Zone A (east) → B → C, repeat as weather permits; no per-street dates; winter leaves report Dec 14-31 via 311
How: Rake to curb lawn as loose piles or biodegradable paper bags/cardboard boxes; keep out of street, sidewalk, bike lane, drains; sticks under 4ft x 2in OK
